Setting the Properties of an Embedded Sub-Process |
This topic describes the procedure to set the properties of an embedded sub-process. |

- Select a starting point and click (Business Process Model) to open an existing business process model.
- To add an embedded sub-process to the business process, drag the from the business process toolbar and drop it on to the business process modeler. Alternatively, select a set of shapes in the business process modeler, right-click and select Group as > Embedded Sub-Process. The select set of shapes are grouped as an embedded sub-process.
- Double-click the embedded sub-process group construct that you want to configure. Alternatively, you can right-click the embedded sub-process group construct and select Properties from the menu. The Properties pane appears. For more information refer to Embedded Sub-process Construct Properties Interface.
- Click the General tab and type a Description, and select the Font Size for the Embedded Sub-process.
- To apply a condition for execution of the Embedded Sub-process construct, specify the Execute Condition.
- Click the Monitoring tab to enable/disable monitoring of the activity.
- Click the Annotation tab and type additional comments or notes on the Embedded Sub-process group construct.
You have successfully set the properties of an Embedded Sub-process.
